Position Summary As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Sterility Maintenance Products, you will lead global marketing strategies, define product roadmaps, and manage the full product lifecyclefrom concept through post-commercialization. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure market needs are met and profitable growth is achieved across designated product portfolios that serve the needs of the biopharmaceutical and allied markets. Location This is a hybrid position located in our Sharon Hill, PA location with the expectation of working onsite 2-3 days per week. Additionally, to support the client base you will travel domestically and internationally (2025%). What You'll Do as a Senior Product ManagerStrategic Marketing & Product Planning Sales Enablement & Commercial Execution New Product Development (NPD) & Lifecycle Management Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration The Experience, Skills and Abilities NeededRequired: Education: Bachelor's Degree is required (Technical discipline strongly preferred). Experience: 10+ years of relevant business experience of which 7 years should be in Product Management/Marketing. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management capabilities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally (2025%). Preferred Experience Marketing focused MBA is preferred. Experience with sterile products is strongly preferred. Experience in life sciences, lab, biopharma, pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in executing strategic plans and achieving revenue goals. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
