Digital Design Manager

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Design Manager to join a growing Semiconductor company developing communications technology that is helping to pave the way for AI scaling.This role will be based out of our client’s Berkshire office, however hybrid working is also an option. The Digital Design Manager will lead a team of 10-15 digital IC design engineers and be responsible for hiring, mentoring and driving engineering execution for the digital group. The Digital Design Manager will work closely with the analog IC design, backend design and verification teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement, and be the technical authority during sign-off.Skills And Experience RequiredAt least a decade of experience working within Digital IC / ASIC DesignA strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from RTL coding through to physical designHands-on expertise with Verilog / SystemVerilogA good understanding of high speed / low power designsProven experience working within a technical leadership roleFor more information about this rewarding opportunity, please contact Caroline Pye @ IC Resources
