Director and veterinary leadership team to align clinical and operational goalsVeterinary Hospital Operations & Workflow ManagementOversee day-to-day veterinary hospital operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality patient care in a small animal practice environment.Manage hospital workflow, staffing schedules, and operational coordinationIdentify and implement improvements to efficiency, client experience, and patient flowEnsure operational consistency, inventory control, and regulatory compliance (AAHA/OSHA standards if applicable)Support implementation of new systems, processes, and hospital-wide initiativesUtilize KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting tools to drive operational decisions and hospital performanceMaintain smooth coordination between veterinary medicine What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager / Veterinary Hospital Leader with a strong background in team leadership, hospital operations, and veterinary business management.Required Qualifications3+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or a clinical operations environmentProven success leading, motivating, and developing high-performing veterinary teams (Technicians, Assistants, Client Service Representatives, and support staff)Experience managing veterinary hospital operations, including workflow coordination, staffing, and schedulingStrong skills in team leadership, performance management, coaching, and staff developmentExcellent emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to lead through organizational change, growth initiatives, and operational transitions while maintaining team engagement and moraleWorking knowledge of veterinary practice management software systems (PIMS experience preferred)Strong commitment to culture-building, mentorship, and operational excellence in a veterinary hospital settingKeywords: Veterinary leadership,
