TitleSystems Test EngineerKBR is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer and Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) SME with satellite and ground test experience to support a major SIGINT acquisition system program office.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify steps and activities to enable integration, test, and delivery of space, bus, and ground functions into an existing enterprise.Develop test objectives, plans, success criteria, requirement closure methods, test execution schedule and Test Readiness Review documentation in support of enterprise milestonesIdentify simulated data sets required for successful testingWork as part of a team in development and execution of system test plans and coordinate system test activities with enterprise partnersDevelop briefings and other documents to coordinate with developers, mission partners, other teams, and Government customersPerform SETA duties as part of a team guiding the development of space systems.Assess risks associated with various integration and tests approaches and clearly communicate mitigation and trade-offs as well as develop test procedures and plans.Minimum QualificationsBS degree in engineering or technical discipline5 years experience with testing of space and ground systems and integration into a larger enterpriseExperience in AGILE concepts and satisfaction of requirementsSatellite development experience with low and medium earth systemsAbility to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to perform SETA duties to include development of briefs, communicating status of program and testing, identifying process improvements, participation in meetings, answering action items, and support to overall team successFamiliarity with systems engineering processes to include risk, configuration management, verification methodologies, requirements, deviations and waiversSelf-starter who can partner with multiple teammatesRequired Clearance: Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) with PolygraphTravel Requirements: May travel within CONUS up to 20% of the yearDesired QualificationsMasters degree in engineering discipline or systems engineering5-10 years experience with space and ground testingUnderstanding of Integration and Testing best practices (Aerospace TOR)Exposure to the system design trade process, assessing system design options, analyzing mission requirements, monitoring vehicle development, test development/execution, and tracking requirement verificationExperience developing and executing Test Procedures using Test Like You Fly (TLYF)Clearly define measurable acceptance criteriaSpecific knowledge of the NRO and its processesDomain expertise in SIGINT space systemsKBR is an equal opportunity employer.
