Job Title Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.How you will contribute:Oversee employee performance and schedulingLead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational effortsWork with donors to resolve concernsAnalyze opportunities specific to non-conforming eventsPerform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areasFoster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflictsWhat you bring to Takeda:High school diploma or equivalentCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certificationFrequent bending and reachingAbility to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 poundsFine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distanceBecause of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is requiredWhat Takeda can offer you:Every day at Takeda, we feel good knowing that what we do helps improve the lives of patients with rare diseases.
