This role focuses on execution, alignment, visibility, and delivery across multiple teams. The Program Manager will act as the central owner of execution, ensuring work is prioritized, tracked, and successfully driven through release.This is not a technical engineering role. AI is used as a productivity and visibility tool, not something the Program Manager builds or codes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn execution across multiple, concurrent initiatives spanning engineering, product, operations, and business teamsTrack work that is:In progressBlockedCompleted but not yet releasedDrive work through final delivery and releaseSurface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearlyProvide consistent, executive‑ready status updates to leadershipBuild and maintain dashboards that give real‑time visibility into program healthUse AI tools to support reporting, analysis, documentation, and execution visibilityEnsure teams are using Jira and related tools effectively and consistentlyFacilitate program ceremonies, planning, and alignment meetingsOperate as a connector across teams, translating strategy into executionAI Usage ExpectationsAI is used to enhance efficiency and clarity, including:Prompt‑driven analysis and documentationAI‑assisted reporting and dashboardsSummarizing materials, notes, and execution artifactsAI is leveraged as a tool, not the core deliverable.Qualifications7+ years of Program or Project Management experienceExperience managing execution across multiple teams simultaneouslyStrong reporting, dashboarding, and executive communication skillsHands‑on experience with Jira (Smartsheet and Airtable are a plus)Experience working in large, enterprise environmentsBachelor’s degreeComfortable working with Directors and VPsHands‑on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot, similar)Calm, organized, and effective in fast‑moving, ambiguous environmentsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
