Every other holiday. Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active IL RN license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS.Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Two years of strong Med Surg/TELE, 1 travel assignment. Neuro experience required Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required. Patient Population: Neuro and Neuro-Surgical patients CVAs, elective back/neck surgeries, cerebral angiogram. General medicalSkillset: Will also need to be comfortable taking medical overflow patients. NIHSS/dysphagia screen/strong Neuro assessments, basic tele interpretation, strict Is & Os/straight cath/Foleys, intitate/titrate heparin gtts., blood/blood product administration/venipuncture/blood cultures, NG tubes, indwelling drain management, stable gtts. (i.e. Protonix, Lasic, etc.).
