Territory Representative

GP Construction Group is seeking full-time roofing sales representatives in the DFW area to assist property owners in roofing projects that are covered by their insurance companies. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work hard and provide outstanding customer service. Our goal is to train individuals to find massive success within the billion dollar, recession proof industry of storm restoration. This is a great opportunity if you: Have excellent communication and customer service skills Are driven and want earnings directly proportional to your efforts ($40K as base + 20% Commission) unlimited earning potential. Uncapped commission based position, more effort = more reward! (1st year reps typically make $120,000 - $175,00 top reps make over $300,000 +) Value creating new relationships and providing a superior level of service to each and every one of our customers Have a winners mindset and determination to overcome rejection DO NOT have a problem driving within the DFW area which include but not limited to: Southlake, Keller, Lantana, Double Oak, Argyle, Trophy Club, Highland Village, Denton, Corinth, Lewisville, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Rockwall, Aubrey, Celina, Prosper, Dallas, Ft. Worth, etc. If you don’t have previous roofing or construction experience, NO PROBLEM. We provide extensive in-office and in-field training to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to be successful! Job Responsibilities Include: D2D Sales in storm damaged areas Completing roof/property inspections (must be able to carry, climb on ladders and roofs) Effectively communicate with homeowners about the condition of their property and make recommendations based on the damages present Explaining how the insurance process works and how GP can help the homeowner through the process Managing projects from start to finish Requirements: Result driven individual Good communication skills Good organizational skills Honest and professional Well Polished Valid drivers license Ability to climb ladders and roofs Must have reliable transportation ( A MUST) MUST live in the DFW area Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Compensation: Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision Uncapped commission based position, more effort = more reward!
