Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations. - Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. - Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests with care. - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave. - Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. - Process cash handling transactions accurately, including tips, using basic math skills for calculations. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and high-quality service. Qualifications - Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. - Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards is a plus. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail. - Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
