Are you a great communicator who also loves staying organized? Dimov Tax is hiring a Phone Operators & Administrative Support Specialists to be the first voice our clients hear. This is a dual role — part phone operator, part admin — so we're looking for someone who is equally comfortable on a call as they are managing records and scheduling.What you'll be doing:Answer and manage inbound client calls in a professional and friendly mannerListen to client needs and route or resolve inquiries efficientlyTake accurate messages and follow through on call-backs — every timeEnter and update client information in our CRM systemSchedule and coordinate appointments for team membersMaintain organized digital and physical client files and recordsNavigate multiple systems simultaneously while on a live callSupport the team with general correspondence and administrative tasksWhat we're looking for:Phone & Communication Skills:Clear, professional speaking voice with strong grammar and toneActive listener — you understand the issue before you respondCalm and empathetic with frustrated or confused callersAble to guide a conversation to resolution without rushing the clientAdmin & Technical Skills:Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong accuracyExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets)Comfortable with scheduling tools like Outlook or Google CalendarAble to multitask across systems while maintaining a natural phone conversationOrganizational Skills:Strong attention to detail in data entry and message-takingGood time management — you handle calls and admin tasks without missing a beatResourceful — you find answers rather than just saying "I don't know"Dependable follow-through on every commitment made to a clientNice to have:Experience in a tax, accounting, or financial services settingFamiliarity with tax terminology or client intake processesExperience with a multi-line phone systemWhy join DimovTaxFriendly and professional team environmentStable, consistent scheduleRoom to grow within an established and reputable tax firmJob Type: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Customer Service: 2 years (Required)Language:C1 or C2 English (Required)Work Location: Remote
