Roofing Advisor & Sales Representative
What we are looking for:We are looking for an experienced Roofing Account Manager/Advisor to work under our brand for long-term growth. We are not your average roofing company, and we're not looking for average teams. We're looking for a team that can create something from nothing, who has the passion, drive, and will to close deals. We need experienced roofing account managers to scout, find, and close deals. This will be a mix of provided leads and cold leads (door knocking, networking, flyers, door cards, etc.) as you are fully responsible for bringing in your leads, closing them, and building relationships with customers as our primary marketing tool is word of mouth. We look to continuously reward our people, as they are the backbone to our business, and look to provide opportunities as they present themselves. We want people who want to build something, from the ground up, and to be a part of the pioneering team here at ArtaHaus Roofing. We are NOT looking for Sales Reps/Account Managers/Advisors who have NO construction or roofing experience. We need people who are primed and ready to jump right in. Training will be provided on our specific approach to consulting and sales, but the fundamentals remain the same. This is what your sales cycle would look like:Prospect & Identify OpportunitiesOutbound Cold Calling, Door Knocking & Follow-UpRoof Inspection & Damage AssessmentPresent & ProposeClose & Hand OffCultivate Reviews & ReferralsExecute a signed contract/agreement and hand off to the ArtaHaus production team. From that point forward, we own delivery - you go back to building your next deal.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years within Construction and/or Roofing. Preferred 2 years of Sales within Construction, Roofing, or Exterior remodeling. Comfortable with high-volume outbound cold calling/knocking — this is a core daily activity, not an occasional taskSelf-motivated with the discipline to manage your own prospecting schedule without daily directionStrong verbal communication skills — able to build rapport quickly over the phone and in personFamiliarity with residential insurance claims (ACV, RCV, depreciation, scope of loss) is a bonusValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — field prospecting requires you to be mobile dailySmartphone proficiency; ability to use a CRM, capture jobsite photos, and manage digital proposalsAvailability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, when homeowners are reachableIf you've read this far, we encourage you to apply!
