Bobcat Operator
*Position Overview:*
The *Equipment Operator* will primarily operate a *Bobcat/skid steer* to support asphalt paving and roadway construction activities, including material handling, grading, cleanup, surface preparation, and general paving-crew support.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
· Previous construction or paving experience.
· Demonstrated experience operating a Bobcat/skid steer.
· Reliable transportation.
· Ability to work overtime, weekends, extended hours, and nights when required.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a paving crew.
· Comfortable with seasonal paving operations and expected winter layoff.
· Ability to read and follow safety and equipment operating instructions.
