Placement on one of three security guard levels will be based on experience, educational preparation, work performance, and demonstrated expertise. Special Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with administrators and other staff. Treat all people with dignity and respect. Ability to operate a two-way radio. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to follow and convey verbal and written instructions. Ability to schedule and organize security work.
