Job DescriptionA well-established manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team on 1st shift (Monday-Friday). This role supports a highly automated operation (70-80% automated) and offers a mix of hands-on mechanical work and electrical troubleshooting in a plant that continues to invest in upgrades and modernization.What You'll Do:Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systemsDiagnose issues with PLCs, conveyors, and motorsRespond to equipment downtime and execute timely repairsSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiativesWork across both newly renovated equipment/areas and some legacy systemsWhat We're Looking For:2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with PLCs, conveyors, and motorsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a mix of modern and older equipment environmentsWhy This Role:Stable, weekday schedule - no rotating shiftsExposure to advanced automation (majority of plant)Opportunity to build skills across both new and legacy systemsCompany actively investing in facility improvements and upgradesStrong team environment with a focus on reliability and efficiency
