Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Community Manager to carry out all duties in full compliance with Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity regulations and EEO policy.Some of the physical demands include lifting up to 15 pounds, having a valid driver's license, being able to walk up and down steps and being able to use a computer.
