Registered Nurse – PACU (Nights, FTE)Location: Helena, MTThe Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Helena, MT to hire a PACU RN for night shifts. This role provides direct postoperative care for patients from neonates to geriatrics, monitors physiological status, and collaborates with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct care in the PACU and immediate postoperative environmentMonitor patients' vital signs and intervene to maintain stabilityCommunicate patient status with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and care teamsAssist with PACU equipment, inventory, and performance improvement activitiesCross-train in OR, infection control, moderate sedation, and environment of careQualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Montana RN licensePACU or critical care experience requiredBLS/ACLS required; PALS, Med/Surg, or Geriatric certification preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsSchedule:Nights (Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:00 AM)FTEPandoLogic.
