Apprentice Plumber

We’re the industry experts in plumbing, heating and cooling.Boss Plumbing is currently seeking a highly motivated Red Seal tradesperson to fill a service tech position with experience in commercial and residential heating and cooling plumbing services, including construction new builds and renovations. Required knowledge: servicing furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, water heaters, boilers, and plumbing maintenance and repairs. Residential and commercial work are frequent service calls at Boss Plumbing; a general knowledge of both is required.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform service calls on HVAC equipment, Furnaces and Air Conditioners.Understand safe work practices and follow company proceduresDemonstrated leadership skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify problems, implement solutions and overcome challengesExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as a teamDetail oriented, motivated and quality focusedKnowledge of all plumbing and heating systems and codeMeet or exceed schedule deadlines and independently manage time and projectsInterpret project documents and follow engineer’s specificationsMinimum QualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role (preferred)Certification: Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Plumbing CertificationLicense: Valid Class 5 Driver’s LicenseWhy join the Boss Team?At Boss Plumbing, we foster a supportive and rewarding work environment where your skills are valued, and your career can thrive.
