This position offers hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation and the opportunity to develop into an independent litigator with direct mentorship from experienced attorneys.Responsibilities:Assist in managing civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and written discoveryConduct legal research and analyze case lawPrepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediationsCommunicate with clients and insurance carriersSupport trial preparation and case strategyQualifications:Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas Bar and Missouri Bar0–5 years of litigation experience or strong interest in litigation practiceStrong writing and analytical skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple assignmentsInterested in hearing more?
