This position assists in delivering instruction to individual students and smallgroups, including the facilitation of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) lessons, andsupports the consistent implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions andSupports (PBIS) throughout the school day. Responsibilities also include supervisingstudents with behavioral needs across various school settings, supporting transitions,assisting with student toileting and personal care, and responding to behavioralincidents. The Instructional Assistant - Behavior helps maintain a safe and structuredlearning environment and performs a variety of clerical duties in support of theinstructional and behavioral programs.
