Bilingual English/Spanish Administrative - Secretary
This position is Contract to Direct Hire (temp to perm)Key Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and office staff. • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court dates. • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; greet and assist clients and visitors.• Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies as required. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email communications.• Perform general office duties including photocopying / scanning.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a legal office setting. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required (oral and written).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation preferred.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
