This includes developing overall paid media strategy, helping to grow the client’s business through additional advertising channels and ensuring team execution meets and exceeds client expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage and lead all Advertising team members on particular client team(s)Identify training and development needs of client team and broader functional teamDevelop processes, methodologies, best practices and frameworks for client team and broader functional team; work with team members to ensure they are being usedConsulting with individual client teams as needed to ensure best practices are being used and to brainstorm new approaches to achieving client goalsLead hiring process for Advertising team members on their client teamOversight for on boarding new clients within their office locationEnsure integration with other functional teamsGrow BusinessDetermine how to increase and expand paid media services for their clientsHelp identify and test new channels and products, highlighting results and sharing across organization and externallyEnsure advertising strategy aligns with client’s overall business goalsHelp business development team develop and present pitches, including providing oversight and guidance to junior team members assisting with the processMain point of contact for search engine partnersOversee terms and conditions, IOs, etc, including legal review and team communicationPoint of escalation for engine related issuesManage logins, ensure complianceResponsible to ensure all client teams are informed of new products and engine enhancementsCoordinate presentations from providers for Advertising team or broader agencyCoordinate QBR from key engine partnersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications5+ years of work experience managing accounts focused on delivering and optimizing social/search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaignsPossess advanced knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategiesHave polished presentation, communication and listening skillsThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$70,000—$125,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
