Cloud Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Define principles, standards, and design patterns for secure product and enterprise tool development across multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure.• Lead working groups to drive the adoption of cybersecurity guidelines across architecture and engineering teams.• Develop secure design patterns that can be readily implemented by engineering teams.• Provide complex risk analysis and recommend innovative security solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable release processes.• Participate in security incident response to identify and address design gaps.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• At least 4 years of dedicated cybersecurity experience.• Practical expertise in cloud infrastructure and services, alongside on-premises infrastructure.• Strong understanding of current cybersecurity architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, containerization).• Experience with Agile methodologies and deploying solutions in large organizations.• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000) and relevant regulations.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $148,500 - $247,500 per year.• Generous paid time off, including flexible vacation policy, holidays, and wellness days.• Opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading industry organization.• Collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and best practices.Apply via Haystack today!
