People Program Manager
An organization is seeking a People Program Manager to oversee strategic payroll initiatives, system optimization, and compliance across multi-state operations. The Role:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in payroll systems, driving configuration, testing, and continuous process improvements
- Manage payroll operations, multi-state compliance, reconciliations, and audit activities while maintaining data integrity
- Lead strategic projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable payroll solutions
- Mentor and develop team members while supporting organizational change and service delivery enhancements
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience within HR departments supporting complex environments
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading people programs, projects, or operational initiatives
