This role is ideal for candidates with a background in the food/restaurant industry or similarly demanding 24/7 operations, as these skillsets transition well into hospitality.Selected candidates will undergo structured training across key hotel operations, beginning in housekeeping followed by night audit, to build a strong operational foundation. We encourage those who are looking to grow within a company to apply!Primary duties of the Guest Service Champion include:• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests efficiently and professionally.• Resolve guest concerns quickly with strong problem-solving skills.• Maintain a welcoming and service-focused environment.• Room inspections and cleaning standard.• Linen and inventory management.• Basic reporting and system reconciliation.• Overnight guest service support.• Assist in various hotel departments as needed to support operations.• Work collaboratively with team members across departments.• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the property.Requirements of the Guest Service Champion:• Restaurant, food service, or fast-paced 24/7 operations preferred.• Any high-pressure environment requiring long hours and strong work ethic.• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.• Willingness to learn multiple hotel functions, starting with housekeeping and night audit.• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.• Flexible and adaptable with scheduling and job duties.Hours: Sunday – Saturday must be available all shifts 24-hour business. Will work 40-50 hours a week. Will be working 5.5 days a week. Hours will vary depending on business needs.Pay rate: $13.00- $15.00/hr based on experiencePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
