Acting as the primary client partner, you’ll turn strategy into results—coaching teams, optimizing performance, and uncovering new opportunities to grow.With support from analytics and operations, your focus stays where it matters most: leading the field, strengthening client partnership, and delivering measurable success across every channel.What We OfferSalary: $85,000-$90,000 per yearUp to 10% quarterly performance bonusMedical, dental, vision, life and prescription insurance plansW2 employment with direct depositPaid time off and paid holidays401(k) option with employer matchYour MissionLead, develop, and manage a team of full-time Brand Advocates and part-time Assisted Sales Representatives across assigned marketsRecruit, onboard, and retain top field talent in partnership with internal recruitingSet clear performance expectations, coach to KPIs, and drive a high-performance culture across the teamServe as the primary point of contact for Nikon, building strong, trust-based client relationshipsTranslate client objectives into clear executional direction for the field teamIdentify growth opportunities through field insights, sales data, and retail feedbackEnsure consistent, high-quality in-store execution including merchandising, training, and assisted sellingPartner with internal analytics to monitor performance, track KPIs, and identify gaps or opportunitiesDeliver regular business reviews with actionable insights, performance trends, and recommendationsCollaborate with internal operations to ensure staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage align with program goalsManage program budgets, incentives, and performance-based spend to maximize ROIEnsure compliance with brand standards, retail requirements, and operational expectationsReporting & CollaborationReports directly to client services (or equivalent)Serves as the central point of coordination between the client, field team, and internal support functionsWorks closely with:Business Analysts (performance tracking, reporting, insights)Operations (staffing, scheduling, field logistics)Recruiting & HR (hiring, onboarding, retention)Training teams (content development and field enablement)Working EnvironmentRemote, home-office based role with national scopeFrequent travel to retail locations, market visits, and client meetingsFlexibility to support peak retail periods, product launches, and key initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in retail, field sales, or consumer electronics programs2+ years of direct people management experience across distributed teamsExperience managing mixed labor models (full-time and part-time field teams) strongly preferredDeep knowledge of the photography industry, including cameras, lenses, and accessoriesStrong understanding of both national retail (e.g., Best Buy) and photo specialty dealer channels, including differences in selling models, customer engagement, and merchandising approachesStrong client-facing experience with the ability to lead conversations, influence outcomes, and build long-term partnershipsProven ability to manage performance through data, KPIs, and structured reportingExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting toolsPhysical RequirementsTravel up to :50% based on market needsAble to stand, walk, and engage in retail environments for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsWe are an equal employment opportunity employer
