RF Cable Assembly - 1st Shift

Our client is a local business looking for experienced cable assemblers to perform wire cutting, hand crimping, wire stripping, lacing, and wire harness assembly. You will be working on commercial and aerospace and defense products. You should have 2+ years of experience of related assembly experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wiring, or related manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Proficiency with measurement tools like wire gauges, calipers, resistance meters, and digital multimeters Strong communication skills (written and oral) and attentive work ethic Physical dexterity and mechanical aptitude to handle fine wires and small components High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus Knowledge of industry standards such as J-STD-001, IPC-620, or IPC-610 is preferred but not required Willingness to learn soldering techniques, including PTH or SMT, and connector assembly Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every other Friday off.
