Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew MemberWe’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our lawn care and landscaping team. This is a hands-on outdoor job with clear growth opportunities and pay increases as you advance.Schedule & ExpectationsWork is Monday–Thursday for mowingThursday–Friday for landscapingWe work rain days unless notified otherwise the day beforeYou’re expected to complete the work assigned for the dayTraining & Growth PathWe train step-by-step:First 1–2 weeks: Weed trimming & edgingNext 1–2 weeks: Operating a mowerNext 1–2 weeks: Driving the truck & trailerAdvancement into a crew leader role with higher payRunning your own truckTraining a helper the same way you were trainedIf you show up, work hard, and take pride in the job, you move up quickly.Daily DutiesMowing, trimming, and edging lawnsBasic landscaping (mulch, shrubs, cleanups)Loading/unloading equipmentKeeping trucks, trailers, and equipment cleanBasic equipment maintenance (fueling, greasing, checking blades)Helping with landscape installs and seasonal workWhat Helps (Not Required)Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowersAbility to back a trailer (or willingness to learn)Basic mechanical skillsGood attitude and strong work ethicWhat We’re Looking ForDependable and on timeWilling to learn and take responsibilitySomeone who wants to grow with a family-owned companyTeam-first mindsetIf you want more than “just a job” and are looking to build a skill set, earn more over time, and grow with us, we’d like to talk.
