Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Robertson is seeking a skilled Strategic Audit Advisor (Copilot) to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.Contract Period: 5 monthsPay Rate: Starting from $62 per hourLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: HybridBusiness Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob ResponsibilitiesTrain IA team members on day-to-day Copilot usage across key audit functionsAudit planning & risk assessmentProcess understanding & walkthrough documentationTest control design and operating effectivenessIssues, findings, and executive summariesAudit examples (planning memos, test steps, issue wording)Translate Copilot capabilities into audit-specific prompts and workflowsProvide hands-on coaching during active auditsDefine acceptable vs. unacceptable Copilot use within IAEmbed QAIP, methodology, and documentation standards into guidanceHelp teams craft prompts that produce defensible, auditable outputsDevelop and maintain a library of approved promptsDo / Don't guidance by audit phaseIdentify opportunities where Copilot saves time without adding riskAct as a single point of contact for Copilot questions in IADrive the change-management mindset and behavior in IA team to adopt Copilot usage during day-to-day audit workSupport rollout of new Copilot featuresCapture lessons learned and continuously improve guidanceExperience & Qualification Requirements3 years of Copilot experienceHands-on knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and Internet applicationsProficient to work multifunctionally, provide guidance to other team members, and ensure good relations across teams and functions to integrate cross-functional processesStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environmentInternal/ external audit experienceAttention to detailOrganizational skillsRelationship management skillsMicrosoft Copilot–related certificationCPA, CIA, or CIS certificationRobertson & the clients we represent are equal opportunity employers, committed to diversity and inclusion.
