About the Opportunity:
The LEAD, STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION role is responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs. This position manages partner integrations, product and technology implementations, pricing strategies, and operational improvements. The role ensures alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners to overcome obstacles, manage risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget, thereby contributing to the organization’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives with clear milestones and success metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives from concept through launch
- Establish governance routines and reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate work across various internal teams and external partners
- Align stakeholders on priorities, scope, timelines, and decisions
- Identify and manage interdependencies, conflicts, and risks
- Facilitate meetings to ensure measurable progress
- Serve as central lead for partner integrations and external project execution
- Ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership
- Escalate and resolve issues threatening project success
- Drive implementation of product, pricing, and operational changes
- Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and resource constraints
- Lead problem solving to develop actionable solutions
- Maintain momentum through decision facilitation and commitment follow-through
- Provide executive communication and reporting tailored to various audiences
- Maintain project documentation and accountability
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing strategic programs and cross-functional projects
- Preferred experience in financial services, fintech, lending, banking, insurance, or regulated industries
- Proven success in coordinating multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience with technology implementations, vendor delivery, and partner integrations
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority and enforce accountability
- Proficiency in project management tools and structured delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 plus annual bonus
