Job Description – Senior QA Engineer (Automation & API)Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in automation, API testing, and full-stack applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable testing frameworks, working closely with developers, and driving quality across modern cloud-based systems.You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality releases by designing automation strategies, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and validating both backend and frontend systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation frameworks for API, backend, and UI testingPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testingWork extensively on API testing (REST services, backend validation)Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and code qualityIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Support testing across web, backend services, and cloud-based applicationsParticipate in test planning, strategy, and defect trackingEnsure quality standards across performance, scalability, and securityRequired SkillsStrong experience in QA Automation & Software Testing (6+ years)Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST, etc.)Experience testing backend systems (Node.js preferred)Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIOExperience with JavaScript-based testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
