Dental Patient Care Coordinator (Receptionist)

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans
Communicate clearly face-to-face or via phone, email, and text message.
Coordinate scheduling for comprehensive and restorative care
Answer patient questions with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to ensure a seamless patient experience
Support insurance courtesy billing and administrative workflows as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental front-office, treatment coordinator, or patient care role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
Experience with electronic dental records and scheduling systems preferred
A calm, organized, patient-first mindset
Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
Schedule
Part-time
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No nights. No weekends.
