Brown Jig Grinding is seeking a skilled, hands-on machinist/programmer with the experience and initiative to grow into a future shop foreman role within the company. ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate HAAS CNC machinesread and interpret blueprints and GD&Twork with tight-tolerance precision partsassist with precision grinding operations and process troubleshootingsupport wire EDM operations and programming (Preferred)Help improve shop workflow, setups, and manufacturing process. MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS FOR AEROSPACE, TOOLING, GAGE, AND FIXTURE WORKQualificationsexperience with HAAS CNC programming and machiningstrong setup and troubleshooting skillsexperienced work with tight-tolerance precision partsknowledge of gage work, fixture work, and inspection methodsability to read and interpret blueprints and understand GD&TBrown Jig Grinding is a precision manufacturing shop specializing in aerospace, medical, tooling, gage, and fixture work.
