Auto Body Production Assistant$19/hr-$25/hrJob Summary: Support the Production Manager/General Manager in coordinating daily operations of the body shop to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in managing vehicle flow from intake to delivery, ensuring high production quality and efficiency.• Support the assignment of repair tasks to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles for teardown, repair, or painting.• Dispatch work assignments to production personnel• Aid in checking-in vehicles, processing work orders in CCC1, and writing estimates as needed.• Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards, are accurately billed, and uphold shop safety protocols.• Assist with tracking technician work hoursQualifications:• At least 18 years of age• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Ability to work in a team environment.• Basic knowledge of CCC1 is a plus, automotive repair processes and estimating software is a plus.• Proficiency with computers and software applications.• Strong communication and customer service skills.• Valid Driver's License is required.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
