As an armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Monitor access points, lobby areas, and restricted spaces to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity, and communicate concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear direction to visitors and employees as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and policy violations, and coordinate with Allied Universal supervision and local responders when escalation is required.Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card/license. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
