This role is part of our Highbury Defense Group (HDG) division, which specializes in C2, systems engineering, cyber, and international mission support. HDG brings decades of experience supporting the DoD, Department of State, and allied partners, delivering practical, technically rigorous solutions that strengthen operational readiness around the world.The Program Management & Shore Maintenance Analyst supports shore maintenance planning, coordination, and execution by improving processes, enabling effective communication, and providing analytical and operational support across the program.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnhance shore maintenance planning and communication; identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices.Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and documentation for stakeholders, including senior leadership.Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations to support performance tracking and decision-making.Prepare agendas, briefings, and report inputs for recurring meetingsTrack taskers, action items, and maintenance activities; maintain calendars and schedulesMonitor ongoing operations to support program executionDevelop materials for stakeholder engagements and support eventsMaintain business process maps and support process modeling (e.g., MBSE)Collect and monitor program metrics to assess performanceManage Risk, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) dashboard, including tracking and mitigation actionsMaintain program policies and procedural documentationSupport Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates, including milestone tracking and risk/impact analysisRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience supporting program management, including Navy maintenance processes and shore operationsProven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments while supporting planning, scheduling (IMS), and program executionExperience developing metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations to support performance monitoring and decision-makingSkilled in preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and documentation (e.g., PowerPoint) tailored to stakeholders from working level to senior leadershipStrong background in tracking taskers, action items, risks (RIO), and supporting governance, policy, and process improvement initiativesExperience maintaining business process maps and contributing to process modeling efforts (e.g., MBSE)Demonstrated ability to support stakeholder engagement activities and cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a proactive and professional approachProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI for advanced dashboarding and data visualizationFamiliarity with Navy Get Real, Get Better (GRGB) initiatives and continuous improvement practicesClearance RequirementsSome positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL).
