Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server who is passionate about providing an extraordinary dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining establishments, with expertise in crafting custom cocktails and a strong knowledge of worldly wines. Responsibilities:Prepare and serve beverages, including craft cocktails and wines, with a focus on presentation and taste. Provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and wine pairing suggestions to enhance member experiences. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and communication between front and back of house. Uphold the Astor Club's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fine dining environment. Expertise in custom craft cocktails and a diverse knowledge of wines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service.
