Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION The Labeling Support position is responsible for providing basic support service functions to the Labeling group of the Product Configuration department.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine label creation tasksPerform routine modification of existing labelsOrder released print mattesCreate temporary production labelsAssign GTINs (Global Trade Item Number) and knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification)Create print matte slugs and rubber mattesCreate, propagate and implement AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)Review and approve AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS ECOs for domestic labelingCreate, review, and approve AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS workflowsManage translation vendor quotes, POs, and documentsPerform AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS label researchSearch for and retrieve existing AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS documentsPerform simple troubleshooting of label files and systemsCreate and maintain label attribute dataWork on special assignments as they ariseKnowledge, Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Excel, Word, and OutlookKnowledge of software used in graphic design and label creation including InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelHigh level of attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of labeling regulations and guidelinesEducation And ExperienceMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferredRequires 2–4 years of relevant experience in labeling support, document control, regulatory operations, or a related regulated environment.Experience with an ERP systemPhysical Requirements And Work EnvironmentThis is largely a sedentary role.
