Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for students Create a positive and engaging learning environment Educate and support students in their behavioral and emotional development Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior Qualifications: Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood education setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and professionals CPR//First Aid Certified This position is for our explorers classroom consisting of ages 15-24 months old. You will oversee a classroom of four students. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in the development and education of young students.Your expertise in early childhood education, behavioral health, and curriculum development will contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
