This is a full-time hybrid role preferably based in Central/Southwestern Ohio, with travel required to counties throughout Ohio.If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy research, and like the idea of digging into property histories to solve the puzzle of real estate ownership, this could be the perfect fit.What You’ll Do:Search county records and online databases for deeds, liens, easements, and moreBuild accurate chains of title and identify potential issuesCommunicate findings clearly with our team and clientsStay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlinesTravel to Ohio counties as needed for on-site researchWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in title abstracting/research (preferred but not required)Strong attention to detail and accuracyComfort working with public records and online systemsSolid communication and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamTime management and ability to adhere to deadlinesDetails:Hybrid role (based in Ohio)Travel required to Ohio countiesAnnual salary: $40,000 – $50,000If you’re interested in joining a supportive team and growing your career in the title industry, we’d love to hear from you!
