Role: Support and enhance batch-processing applications in a healthcare communication environment.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot batch applications. Develop new features and batch solutions. Monitor batch jobs and resolve failures. Support ad-hoc member mailings. Assist with software/platform upgrades and technical debt.
