Job Description We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operator - Heat Treat to join our growing team in the Hartford area!If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be a great fit for you.Why You'll Love This Opportunity:Competitive pay: $20–24/hr, based on experienceStable opportunity with a strong team-oriented environmentSchedule: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AMLocations: Berlin & Manchester, CTWhat You'll Do:Operate and monitor heat treating furnaces and related equipmentLoad and unload materials according to specificationsTrack temperature settings, cycle times, and cooling processesInspect finished parts to ensure quality and production standards are metMaintain accurate production and processing recordsPerform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as neededFollow all workplace safety procedures and guidelinesWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in heat treating, manufacturing, or industrial production preferredMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructionsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsDependable, punctual, and safety-focused mindsetInterested in joining the team?
