About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Lead Developer - Corporate Systems to own and evolve our core enterprise platforms, including CRM, HRIS, HR Reporting, and all associated integrations and data pipelines.This is a player-coach role combining deep technical contribution with people leadership. You will act as a subject matter expert, technical lead, and manager driving reliable system performance while shaping future-facing automation, integration, and AI-enabled workflows.You will manage a small but critical team (2 direct reports) and work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and senior business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact corporate systemsKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & People ManagementLead and develop a front-end corporate systems team, ensuring high-quality delivery and service reliabilityHire, coach, and performance-manage direct reports, including setting clear objectives and development plansProvide regular feedback through structured one-on-ones and performance reviewsUpskill the team across modern integration, data, and automation technologiesSystems & Service DeliveryOwn operational support, SLAs, incident resolution, and problem management across corporate systemsManage application release processes, including end-user and stakeholder communicationsServe as the escalation point for system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teamsMaintain and improve testing scripts, controls, and documentationAssess business needs and technical constraints to drive seamless system integrationTechnical Development & Engineering (Hands-On)Design and build Python-based data pipelines for upstream/downstream system integrationsDevelop and optimise data engineering workflows and automation solutionsDeploy, manage, and optimise solutions on Azure (AWS or GCP experience also accepted)Integrate Generative AI APIs into enterprise workflows to improve productivity and decision-makingEnsure secure, scalable, and resilient system architecturesStakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with HR and other business sponsors to deliver new systems and enhancementsAct as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT leadershipBalance and negotiate competing requirements across multiple departmentsWork in bi-weekly agile sprints alongside product managers, data scientists, and stakeholdersStrategy, Governance & Continuous ImprovementOwn technical road-maps for corporate systems and integrationsEvaluate and recommend new technologies aligned with business and IT strategyDefine and report on service performance metrics, driving continuous improvementEnsure systems comply with internal policies, regulatory, and security requirementsSupport budgeting and vendor planning for systems, applications, and integrationsStay ahead of trends in application integration and enterprise automationCommunication & ReportingProduce clear technical documentation and stakeholder-facing summariesCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectivelyPrepare proposals and impact assessments for enterprise initiatives What We're Looking ForCRM & Systems Experience2+ years' experience implementing and managing CRM platformsStrong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM best practicesProven experience integrating multiple enterprise systems (data, security, workflows)Experience managing SaaS vendors, contracts, and license modelsTechnical SkillsStrong Python backend development experienceDatabase expertise: SQL Server and/or PostgreSQLHands-on experience with Azure cloud services (AWS/GCP acceptable)Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Power PlatformAdvanced Excel skillsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementExperience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable to SLAsAbility to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the businessProject & Team LeadershipEnd-to-end project delivery experiencePrior management of technical teams (SMEs, Solution Architects, Power BI Developers)Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executable road-mapsIndustry & Production ExperienceExperience delivering enterprise systems in Banking, Insurance, Recruitment, Retail, or similar environmentsTrack record of owning production systems and driving business process improvementWhy Join Phaidon InternationalWork on AI-driven automation with direct enterprise impactCollaborate in a fast-moving, agile, cross-functional environmentHelp build and shape a maturing global technology platformSee direct cause-and-effect between your work and business outcome.
