Our focus is building long-term partnerships with physicians and their teams by helping them understand, implement, and successfully offer personal stem cell banking within their practices. We are growing our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive new physician relationships, build qualified pipeline, and support our Account Executives in moving opportunities forward.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a high-ownership Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales professional based in Oakland Park, FL.This person will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, creatively sourcing qualified leads, booking meetings for Account Executives, and helping manage the early stages of the relationship-building process with prospective physician partners.The SDR will work closely with Account Executives, leadership, onboarding, and clinic coordination teams to ensure prospects and accounts are properly followed up with, educated, and moved to the next appropriate stage.ResponsibilitiesSource and identify new physician, clinic, and broader relationship opportunities across regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, aesthetics, functional medicine, and related specialties.Use outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals, online research, AI tools, and other creative sourcing strategies to generate qualified meetingsBook discovery calls, intro meetings, and follow-up conversations for Account ExecutivesOwn and maintain the lead pipeline, ensuring prospects are properly tracked, followed up with, and moved through the sales processResearch physicians, clinics, and markets to identify high-value opportunities and personalize outreachCollaborate with Account Executives on follow-up strategy, account planning, and next steps with active prospects including follow up projects and research coordinationUse CRM and sales tools to track activity, manage tasks, document conversations, and maintain clean pipeline visibilityHelp develop and test new outbound campaigns, messaging, lead lists, and automation workflowsLeverage AI and sales automation tools to improve efficiency, personalize outreach, and increase meeting volumeWork directly with the COO and sales team on pipeline goals, outreach strategy, performance tracking, and growth initiativesWho You AreHighly driven, organized, and persistentComfortable using AI, automation, and modern sales tools to work smarter in generating and nurturing relationshipsCreative in how you find opportunities and start conversationsCurious and eager to learn about regenerative medicine, stem cell banking, and physician practice growthStrong communicator who can quickly understand a prospect’s needs and position the next step clearlyDetail-oriented and disciplined with CRM updates, task management, and follow-throughCollaborative and willing to support Account Executives in whatever helps move relationships forwardQualificationsProactive mindset with a desire to improve systems, outreach, and resultsExperience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or outbound sales preferredHealthcare, medical, biotech, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, or physician-facing experience is a strong plusAbility to quickly learn clinical, scientific, and business concepts and communicate them clearlyExperience using CRM software and sales toolsAbility to manage multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups without losing detailStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus compensation tied to qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and sales team successMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding regenerative medicine companyWhy This Role MattersThis role is the front end of our growth engine.Our Account Executives are responsible for building physician partnerships and broader revenue generating relationships, but the SDR helps create the opportunities, organize the pipeline, and ensure strong prospects are consistently moving forward.The right person will be part researcher, part communicator, part operator, and part creative problem-solver.
