The team operates in a hands-on environment, working directly with customer equipment to develop, validate, and transition solutions into scalable or production-ready implementations.Onsite | Travel requiredWhat You'll Own (Execution & Leadership):Lead an existing team of engineers, technicians, and project managers focused on system integration and retrofit projectsDrive execution across full lifecycle: discovery requirements design build validation production transitionOversee integration of electrohydraulic controls into existing vehicle/equipment platformsManage prototype builds, vehicle fit-up, and technical center operationsMaintain and improve development processes, documentation, and execution standardsAct as key technical interface with global engineering teams for technology transferPartner with sales on customer engagements-solution definition, demos, and technical positioningOwn project outcomes including technical success and commercial viabilityProvide Voice of Customer feedback to internal product teamsSupport and mentor applications engineering teams on advanced system solutionsWhat You Bring (Experience & Capability)Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)5+ years developing electrohydraulic, controls, or integrated system solutions3+ years leading engineering teams or technical groupsExperience inheriting or managing established teams and driving executionBackground in vehicle systems, mobile equipment, or retrofit applicationsStrong fluid power + electronic controls integration experienceHands-on experience with prototyping, debugging, and validationExperience working directly with customers on custom system solutionsStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentInterested in hearing more?
