Pharmacy Billing Specialist Classification: Rebate Accounting Specialist Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday Pay: $17- $19/hour plus benefits. Location: Elkridge, MD Onsite Contract type: Long-Term, no end date A large pharmaceutical company is looking for a skilled individual to work within the finance/accounting team:Perform data entryResearch and resolve discrepancies with drug manufacturersContact providers and manufacturers dailyProvide claim level detail to drug manufacturersCalculate reimbursement amountsCreate dispute reportsProcess checksManage accounts receivable and financial reportingJob Requirements:Two years of experience with data entry, accounts receivable / billing, and experience working in a medical or pharmaceutical field.Expert-level Microsoft Word and Excel skillsAbility to analyze and resolve problems with minimal directionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated multi-tasking skillsAbility to train and guide future employees.Preferred Experience:Intermediate accounting skillsPharmacy Technician Certified (Preferred, but not required)Level One Personnel is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
