Tier 2 Support TechnicianLocation: On-siteDuration: 6-9 Month ContractExperience Level: IntermediatePosition OverviewWe are seeking a Tier 2 Support Technician to support our central fulfillment facility during a period of internal transformation. This is a contract role (6-9 months) ideal for a trainable, hands-on technician who can provide reliable "smart hands" support while internal teams transition into new roles.This position will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted technical support for production operations, particularly through the busy holiday season.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2 technical support within a high-volume fulfillment environmentSupport and troubleshoot access systems, laser printers, and thermal printersPerform basic desktop and help desk support as neededAct as on-site "smart hands" support for technical teamsDiagnose, validate, and resolve hardware and system issuesInterpret and follow complex technical plans and documentationMake sound technical decisions within defined proceduresDeliver strong customer service support to internal stakeholdersRole LongevityThe expected duration is 6-9 months due to planned technology changes and automation of printer and tablet setup processes that may eventually eliminate the need for this role.
