Restaurant SupervisorAssist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations. Responsible for complete restaurant operation in absence of manager.Essential job functions include monitoring servers and busperson adherence to all service standards, supervising service of guests, assisting manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion, maintaining bank to Crescent standards, reading daily communication sheets from previous shift and preparing one for the following shift, checking restaurant for cleanliness and set up, abiding by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages, communicating daily with restaurant manager with regard to special events, house counts, etc., assisting restaurant manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels, communicating both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff, complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis, and performing any other job related duties as assigned.Required experience includes 1-2 years of previous supervision experience in an upscale restaurant setting.
