A company is looking for a Lead Investor Services Advisor Associate, responsible for handling escalated calls and coaching associates in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex escalated calls and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates on service quality and wealth management conversations
Complete supervisory reviews and perform fraud verification for distributions exceeding policy thresholds
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services
5 years of wealth management experience
Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval
FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required
Demonstrated ability to handle client escalated issues effectively
