Senior Litigation Paralegal

OverviewVernis & Bowling is seeking an experienced Paralegal for our Civil Litigation defense department. 5 years or more of experience in General Liability is required.DutiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, litigation case management, public records review, preparation of filings and documents, document summaries, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation. Paralegals are expected to record and bill their time.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a paralegal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using Aderant Total Office is preferred- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with legal terminology and proceduresThis position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and support attorneys in their daily tasks.
