This organization delivers comprehensive contracting services across drywall, metal framing, prefabrication, acoustical systems, specialty walls, fireproofing, cladding, and related scopes.To express interest, contact Michael Crabtree at michael.crabtree@cybercoders.com.Key Responsibilities:a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for assigned construction scopesReview drawings, specifications, bid forms, and contract language to fully understand project requirementsCoordinate with internal trade departments to assemble complete, accurate estimatesAnalyze material, labor, and equipment costs to support competitive pricingDevelop bid proposals, budgets, and supporting documentationCommunicate with clients during the bidding phase regarding scope clarifications or revisionsProvide estimating support to project teams during early project executionEvaluate job profitability, cost risks, and pricing assumptionsParticipate in jobsite visits and pre-bid or project meetings as neededSupport continuous improvement of estimating accuracy and cost reliabilityFollow company safety standards and participate in assigned project safety plansQualifications:a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and construction documentsStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of construction productivity, materials, and cost drivers (or ability to learn quickly)Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently, follow through on assignments, and make sound decisionsBenefitsSalary 85-115K (based on experience) Annual bonus Medical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchProfit sharingVehicle allowancePTOHoliday pay
